I have had continence problems all my life find disposable pads uncomfortable, bought some of these 4-5 yrs ago -topped up with more 2-3 yrs ago and came back for more this time as the first lot are 'wearing out' (around 1000 washes we estimated) being mostly cotton they are comfortable and I found they gave me confidence to do things I would not have done before finding them , sahara is definatly the best i've found and ive searched for many years , at last I dont have to panic about going out. thankyou sahara
