Shopping

If you know the exact product you're looking for, use the search bar at the top right of each page on the site to find it.  Alternatively, browse through the different product categories under the Catalogue menu.

When you've found the product you require, enter the quantity you require and click the Add To Basket button. This is located at the right hand side of the product page.

Checkout

When you've finished adding all the products you require to your basket, click on the View Basket link. Double-check you've got everything you want then click the Checkout button to proceed to the checkout and pay for your goods.

Account

In order to proceed through the checkout, you will need to create an account with us.  At the checkout, returning customers simply retrieve their details by supplying a username and password; new customers complete a short sign-up process.

We ask for nothing more than the details we need to process your order and ship the products you require.

Payment

All payment services for this website are handled by PayPoint.net.

At the checkout, once you've logged into your account (or created a new one), you will see a Pay via PayPoint.net button.  When you click this, you will be transferred to the PayPoint.net website where you will provide your credit card information to pay for the goods you've ordered.

Once you've successfully completed the payment process on the PayPoint.net website, you will be transferred back to this website where you will see confirmation of your order.  You will also receive a confirmation e-mail.

VAT Exemption

If you qualify for a VAT Zero Rating, you are eligible to claim relief from VAT on your order.  Please be aware that there are severe penalties for making a false claim.  If you are in any doubt as to whether you are eligible to claim relief from VAT, you should consult your local VAT office on 0845 010 9000.  For more about VAT Exemption, please click here .

Delivery

Please review our Terms And Conditions page for details of delivery. 

Please note that if you choose the Next Day Delivery option, your order must be placed before 12 o'clock midday. This is to guarantee the delivery of your goods the next working day.

We are unable to deliver orders the next working day that have been placed after midday.

If an order is placed after this time and the method of delivery selected is Next Day Delivery, your order will not arrive the next working day, but will instead arrive the following day.

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to provide Next Day Delivery to the following locations:

  • The Highlands and Islands of Scotland
  • Northern Island
  • Isle of Man
  • Channel Isles
  • Isles of Scilly

The 3 Working Day delivery option is still available for customers wishing for their goods to be delivered to either of the above locations, however the delivery time may be slightly longer than 3 working days. Please contact us for further advice.
