Excellent product. Nice and smooth, so there is no friction on the skin. Good support for small incontinence pads.

They do a good job of holding the pad in place, but without a waistband tend to roll over at the top, otherwise, a very useable system

Can't really comment on these as I ordered too small a size. I did like the mesh weave which I would think provides a snugger fit. I ordered these for my father.
