I have been forced to wear adult nappies for the last ten years due to an accident and i have to say, these are by far the best ones i have tried. Normally it is very hard to find a product that contains enough liquid to give reliable overnight use without leaving my bottom etc clammy.

These are extremely absorbent, but they are not thick like some nappies, and so are relatively discreet, if you can say that about an adult nappy.

some of the most comfortable aios i have ever used they hold up well and absorbency is great

priced like a budget brand with performance of a premium cant ask for more

I thought i would give these a go after using tena slip for 22 years.The fit is perfect, the tapes dont break and it does what it says in the tin.I think they could do with slightly wider elastics though.
