Delivery Information

Next Day Delivery

Please note that if you choose the Next Day Delivery option, your order must be placed before 12 o'clock midday. This is to guarantee the delivery of your goods the next working day.

We are unable to deliver orders the next working day that have been placed after midday.

If an order is placed after this time and the method of delivery selected is Next Day Delivery, your order will not arrive the next working day, but will instead arrive the following day.

There are further exceptions regarding Next Day Delivery for orders placed at the following times:

  • Between the hours of 12 o’clock midday on Thursday and 12 o’clock midday on Friday, goods will be delivered the following Monday
  • After 12 o’clock midday on Friday and at any time on Saturday or Sunday – goods will be delivered the following Tuesday


Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to provide Next Day Delivery to the following locations:

  • The Highlands and Islands of Scotland
  • Northern Ireland
  • Isle of Man
  • Channel Isles
  • Isles of Scilly

3-5 Working Day Delivery

The 3-5 Working Day delivery option is still available for customers wishing for their goods to be delivered to either of the above locations, however the delivery time may be slightly longer than 3-5 working days.


Delivery Charges

Next Day Delivery - £7.50

3-5 Working Day Delivery - £6.00

We will not make a charge for deliveries within the UK with a value of or exceeding £25 excluding VAT.  Please note that this only applies to orders placed using the 3-5 Working Day delivery option.  Orders for deliveries outside the UK, with a value of under £25 excluding VAT, or for Next Day Delivery, will be subject to a delivery charge.  Delivery charges will be clearly stated at point of order.

Returns Policy

Goods may be returned at your own cost within 14 days of receipt if they have not been worn, used or damaged and are still in their original unopened packaging.  Only upon receipt of the goods back with ourselves in a saleable condition will we issue a refund for the goods.  The cost of the return postage will not be refunded.  Please ensure you include details of your name, address and telephone number with any returns.

In the unfortunate event that SynergyOnlineStore has incorrectly delivered goods, please contact Customer Services on 0845 196 0625 and we will discuss arranging for the goods to be uplifted.
