Comfifast, Comfifast MultiStretch and Comfifast Easywrap Garments are specifically designed for the use in the treatment of dermatological skin conditions and atopic eczema. The bandages and garments provide an effective skin covering when using heavy emollients and ointments, keeping skin treatment on the skin and not on clothing or bedding. Comfifast bandages are also an effective solutions for dressing retention or underneath compression bandaging.
